I AM IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB. I AGREE THAT I WILL NOT KNOWINGLY SELL TO PET SHOPS NOR ALLOW ANY DOGS UNDER MY CONTROL TO BE PLACED IN SAID ESTABLISHMENTS. I WILL NOT SELL, CONSIGN, OR DONATE DOGS TO COMMERCIAL WHOLESALER OR RETAILERS, NEITHER WILL I AID OR ABET THE SALE OF PUPPIES FROM SUCH PERSONS OR ESTABLISHMENTS I understand that my Electronic signature will stand for my written signature on this application DATE SIGNATURE   This form is for new members use only.
